Webkins thoughts on the issues?
I know most of you are younger people, thats why Im asking you. You can relate to my daughter better than I can when it comes to Webkinz. I just buy them. haha
Do you think that this site has too many technical issues? And no real way to get help? The contact us area is no help with a lot of issues. It seems to me that they have an attitude of "oh well". Try explaining to a 7 year old why her stuff isn’t in her dock or why she keeps getting logged off right after buying something and logs back in to see the cash gone and the item is no where to be found and theres no one available to help out.
They may as well have a sign on the log in that says ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
How do the rest of you feel? Is my daughter making a big deal out of nothing?
Its time consuming to play all the games for that little bit of cash just to lose it all.

Yes she got items from storage. I was really just wondering if any other CHILDREN are as frustrated as my daughter. I agree I think she takes it too seriously too, but shes SEVEN have a bit of understanding ok. Or better yet you could pass by my question and not answer. Maybe that would make you feel better. Thanks for understanding.
Come on you guy/gurls she is only seven and wants to take care of her pets on webkinz and you are just makeing it worse be being mean and not even helping. You were seven once and had problems like these and people thought the same about you and you didn’t like it and I know that these people don’t like it either!

Ganz has been having tecnical issues for the past 2 weeks and they have been getting worse and better and the same time. When they do fix something another thing goes wrong. Just like webkinzcockerspaniel put that they get millions of letters about how something has gone wrong but that doesn’t mean they don’t care they are trying the best they can to fix it all with out messing up any thing else like deleting every ones accounts or something. I am not going to post up the thing webkinzcockerspaniel did but I was. If you want to stay posted on stuff that is happending then every week or so go on www.webkinzinsider.com and www.elubin.com elubin tells you the stuff going wrong all the way at the bottom of his webkinz page and webkinz insider gets info from GANGZ and they post allot of other things too. Just be pateint with GANGZ they are trying their best.

I think that you need to get over it! It’s a toy and the games are fun! Yeesh. Its not like you are actually working a job like in the real world. And theres tons of people on that website everyday so they will have some issues…there not perfect.

if you dont see an item in the dock,at the bottom of the dock it says GET ITEMS FROM STORAGE.Click that and you’ll get your other stuff.Hope this helps!!!

Wow.. you people are mean. Try and understand how this person feels. Try to help. If you don’t have a good answer or something offensive, DONT ANSWER!
And I agree.. this site has had ALOT of issues lately and its really starting to bother me. It’s even worse when you just spent like.. 10,000 kc on a bowling alley, then it logs you off! You lose the money and dont get the item. Sadly there is no way to get help. My solution was.. dont play it for like a week and see if things get better. Im not sure if your daughter will like that. The best thing we can do is just wait.. or not buy anything. Lol.

Well I think she is making a big deal out of it. These things has happend to alot of other users. And even though it is annyoning it doesn’t mean she can’t still of fun. It happend ever since they had to change their dictionary of words then stuff starts happending to webkinz world. You can get cash real easy at quizzy’s bonus question now. If you do it then go to the newspaper and back to quizzys you can do it again ect. And they are trying to fix things alot because they keep getting letters from people saying that it is not working. Go on webkinzinsider.com and elubin.com and see what they put up but here is a letter from the GANZ aka webkinz tec ppl…

Our main problem was a technical issue which impacted the Adoption Centre leaving some of our newest members stuck in the adoption process. If this problem has affected you, please know that we are currently in the process of fixing all stuck accounts. This process is running day and night, and we expect all of the affected accounts to be fixed over the next few days. When your account is fixed you will be able to complete your adoption and begin enjoying everything Webkinz World has to offer. If you have contacted Customer Service about a new account, you will receive an email when your account is ready (note: some of these emails were sent blank – if you received a blank email, check your account, it has been fixed).

I understand your frustration hhh, my daughter is frustrated and sometimes the kids on here are inconsiderate, makes me wonder, but hey they’re not my kids! Anyways, the thing with us is that we’re new to Webkinz so we have a lot of questions and some are old news to the kids who have been playing for a year or two. We’ve only been doing this for one month and it seems it was the worst time to start up. We’ve lost a pet a room a rare item, I’ve come to learn from here that this is the breaks n the sites they have referred you too are a great help!
Hey let’s not forget the number one game winner and high score holder is a 30 something year old man who bought a webkinz so he could leave his kids’ alone! LOL!
Remember he saoid hois daughter is 7 yo!

im 13 and i have 7 webkinz.
i am so POED at the glitches. i just got a tiger and cheeky monkey and i wont let me adopt them.
i think ganz REALLY needs 2 fix these problems b4 i get the next cheeky
ur daughter just needs 2 understand that what is causing this is probably the post- christmas rush and the "1999 to 2000 computer crash" thing only 2007-2008 and she needs to be patient it should be over soon but who knows?

OMG! I know exactly how you feel! I have 2 children that have "LOST" rare items cause Webkinz logged out for no reason just as they were dragging the item to their room!!!!!! One was the Loader Lounger, that we saved up for and bought at Arte’s…the other was a rare item that was given in the gift box, talk about MAD!!! and UPSET!!! I even tried emailing the tech ppl for help….guess what, NOTHING. They don’t care, and when you read all the HELP answers they provide, it makes it sound like it’s all YOUR fault for losing your own item…or someone MUST be stealing your stuff by having your password….NOT!!! It’s their fault, and they won’t admit it!
