He’s a cavachon and he keeps biting off the ears or the legs of the plush toys. he doesn’t squeak the toys (the squeaky sound of the toy). how can i stop that and teach him how to actually play with it, not just destroy it?

Buy your pup some kongs, kong air, harder plastic or the tire toys.

All of my dogs destroyed stuffed animals, especially when they were puppies. We got rid of all the stuffed animals and replaced them with harder and more durable toys (well…somewhat more durable).

Isis and Echo (Italian Greyhounds) both go straight for the squeaker when they get a new toy… so far the AKC brand toys last about a week before they’re gone. Dr. Noy’s last about the same, maybe a few days longer… does any company make a really durable plush type squeaky toy? I’d pay top dollar for something that would last even a month… Also, they only like the toys with squeakers inside, for some reason they don’t like the nylon type which ‘are’ the squeaker…

Any suggestions?
I’ve tried literally every toy sold at WalMart… those last at most 24 hours… Jaw strength is less of a factor than determination in the case of toy destruction These toys are for playing, they are not their chew toys… they get greenies, bully sticks, sometimes pig ears, Nylabones… etc… but as far as those go a 12" bully stick lasts 15-20 minutes with them… and the bigger of the two is 12.5lbs… They don’t play with their chew sticks, they play with their squeaky toys together though… I know nothing will last forever, but I’m would like something to last more than a week.

I’m pretty sure it’s Bamboo that puts out toys made of canvas. Squeeky and plush, but very durable.
Toy names off the top of my head: Big Kahuna, 5 Star General and 2 sizes of Hula Girl. They also have various fetch toys.

I have a couple of baby toys that were handed down from a co-worker and need to know how to clean them. How can I safely clean the plush toys and plastic ones like rattles and the other misc noise makers.

My baby is 4.5 months old

use a good disinfectant. Babies put things in their mouth all the time. Wash all her things in warm soapy water, rinse and sprau with a disinfectant .Let dry. Always read lables no matter what you use for your babies health aand protection. Good Mother KC. Keep asking if you don’t know. Some of us oldies have already been there. Jk

My 10 month old has been attached to one toy only - and we lost it!!! OMG - I feel horrible and worst of all I dont remember where I bought it. It is the plush elmo doll that’s about 7-9 inches and has a rattle inside it’s belly. If anyone knows where to get it or who manufactures it - I would appreciate it.

I am from Singapore and I am looking for a plush of Umino Iruka from the anime, Naruto. Does anyone know where I can find a 12 inch Iruka plush online or offline? The ones I found are usually 6 inch or 7 inch and I am looking for something bigger than that. Appreciate your help. Thanks!

I’ve noticed that some of my dog’s plush toys look kind of dirty so I want to wash them but how do I do this? Can these plush toys (all of them have squeakers in them) be put in the washing machine and then in the dryer or should I just squeeze the water out and leave them to dry?
when i put them in the washing machine, should i put the setting to hot or cold water?

I put all my dogs toys in the washer and dryer.
It doesn’t seem to matter.
But sometimes the stuffing all gets pushed to one side and you have to even it out my messing with the toy a little.
