Obesity Due to Emotional Eating

This world is full of people that are overweight due to emotional eating. Do you eat when you’re bored? How about when you are angry or under stress? Many people don’t even realize they are eating when they are not hungry. If you are not hungry, how would you except to deal with something you are feeling or not feeling. One of the best ways to fight emotional eating is to have balance in your life. This is probably going to harder to fix than you may think. You may want to keep a journal when you eat. Write about how you are feeling, how hungry you are, what you are eating and how much you are eating. Review this journal several times a week and look for the patterns. What else is going on around you when you are eating when you are not really hungry? Emotions are very powerful and can cause certain behaviors to go out of control. People used different things to deal with emotions. It can be shopping, gambling or any number of other things.
