We are desperatley looking for a Ganz Bear. There is a set of triplets in this particular collection. We have Harriet #CC 1904 and we are looking for her sisters. We are not sure what their names are…can you help us find them?

They’re all in brand new, mint condition and belonged to my sister, who collected, among other things, teddy bears. There are lots of Brass Button Bears and some Boyd’s Bears In The Attic, Russ Bears From The Past, Ganz Cottage Collectibles, a few Ty, and 1 Avon 100 Yr. Anniversary Bear. I can’t keep them all and the local police department says that they have more than enough bears. Any suggestions for what I could do?

Have you asked if you could donate them to the pediatric floor of a local hospital? What about giving them to an organization that helps children with disabilities or underprivileged kids? Or even giving them to a home for elderly people. They would probably appreciate how precious the bears are.

An S-G catheter is used to measure incremental changes in heart-pulmonary-fluid pressures. When measurements are obtained, the amount of IV fluid to replace is then known and can be given to the patient. BP (arterial, not venous) is also among the many items measured as well. So the patient has to be stable to have this removed. It is a temporary device.

The device used to insert this, an introducer, can be left in place after the ICU stay, and then used as a central IV line. This acts as an "outer sleeve" so that the S-G catheter can be inserted inside it and guided to the appropriate position.
