How to get some more walking into your day

Lots of people now track how many steps they take per day, you can buy a pedometer like the HJ 112 from Omron to do that for you, and then you can have fun finding ways to increase the amount of steps you are taking. For instance you can make up an excuse to go to the top floor of your building, or you can go for a walk at lunch with colleagues, or go for a nice walk after work. All these little bits of exercise will start to add up and help you keep your weight down and make you healthier and give you more energy.
