What is a company that would be able to create an individual customized plush toy?

Most companies I’ve found doing customized plush toys only work in large quantity orders, I’m looking for a company or individual crafter that could make just 1 unit. Prefferably somewhere in the midwest.

They will make whatever you want. I used to offer that service when I first started out, then became too busy to do the custom work.
