A mid-range model is good for those consumers who would not like to spend a fortune for a new laptop. A middle range model weighs somewhat less than an upper range model and has a smaller monitor. A medium range model will not be as fast as a top range model when you consider processor speed and the options of internal media are more limited than in the upper range model. Ultralight models have the smallest monitor of all and also the slowest processor speeds. The expansion capabilities and internal media are limited and the media devices are normally on the external side. The primary purpose of lightweight models is that they are easier to take along on account of their light weight and battery life is longer. For more info see notebooks computer
