Webkinz are great! I used to have 7. When I turned 13 though, I lost interest in them, but for the 4 or 5 years I had them before that I absolutely loved them. They are so much fun.
Basically what it is, is a stuffed animal that comes to life on the web. You buy the webkinz at a toy store (most have them) and attached when you buy it is a code. Then, you go to www.webkinz.com and enter the code at the adoption place. There you give your pet a name and all of the other information needed. When that it finished, you get your own house where you can decorate it however you want!
Everything costs money though, of course it isn’t real money … it’s Kinzcash! Anything you would like to purchase at the store costs Kinzcash, and to earn Kinzcash you can play games, win contests, and do daily jobs.
The Webkinz itself can be purchased for about $12 to $13. But, they also have "Lil’Kinz" that cost about $9. They do the exact same thing on the computer, the only difference is that they are smaller.
Webkinz are really a lot of fun, and I would definitely recommend them 
OH! And also you DO NOT have to pay $10 a month to participate like that other guy said. Once you buy the actual Webkinz, it’s completely free. I havn’t played for a few years, and I know there’s something new called at "Deluxe Membership". That might cost extra, but for all the things I listed (plus more), it’s FREE!

My kids love those things. They are basically a representation of a cyber pet. When you buy the stuffed animal it comes with a username and password for their website. You go there and you earn fake money to buy food for your pet, take him to the doctor, walk him, play with him, etc. Oh and you have to pay like $10 a month to participate. It can be fun for the kids I guess.

Webkinz is a site where you can go on,adopt a pet,have your own house, play with your pet,and lots more. What you do, you have to go out and buy the plush pet, and it comes with a secret code. Then, you go on http://www.webkinz.com and then you make an account. Then you get to play with your pet, earn money[virtual], decorate your house, and there is lots more that you can do with your pet.
Most Webkinz are $20.00, and there is tiny Webkinz that are $15.00 or $10.00. These tiny Webkinz are called Lil’Kinz, but they do the same thing. They are just smaller.You can get them at Hallmark, A Special touch, Lawtons Drugstore,The X store, and lots of other places. They sell them all over.If this doesn’t help, go on http://www.webkinz.com, and click on store locater, and it will tell you the stores that sell them in your area. But be careful, because Webkinz has soooo many different products that if you are a first timer you might get confused. If you see figurines that is not it, they have codes to put on your account to get items for your pet.
If you want to buy a webkin online, you can go on https://www.ganzestore.com and you can buy an online pet, and they give you the code, but you do not get the pet.[This requires a credit card]You need to buy estore points to buy the items online, but my opinion is buy the plush, because you get more for your money.
If you go on their website, it has a complete list of all of their products, the different kinds of webkinz, [don't worry, they are all the same price] and so on.You should take the tour though, [on the website] that will give you a pretty good idea of what they are.

PS.If she is younger,[3-6] then you could get her a Webkinz Jr. . They are the same thing, just for younger ages and on a different website. I’m not sure if you can buy them in the stores yet,or where to buy them,but you can get these at the Estore. Probably check out that website too.
